Public Complaints

To make a complaint, please complete and submit the MFB's public complaints form below.

Your complaint will be registered and you will then be contacted by a member of the Ethical Standards Unit.

If you have any questions about the complaints process or a complaint you have submitted, please direct your enquiries to: ethicalstandards@mfb.vic.gov.au
