Electrical fault thought to have caused fire at a Mulgrave Dental Surgery.

MFB firefighters were called to the Dental Surgery on Wanda Street after a neighbour noticed thick smoke coming from the premises and rang 000.

 

On scene within minutes, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the premises and extinguished the fire which involved a printer and its surrounds.  

The fire was quickly brought under control.  Whilst the fire was small the premises was extensively damaged by smoke.

The cause of the fire has been deemed of an electrical nature.

Approximately 24 firefighters attended.
