Factory fire Hoppers Crossing

MFB crews were on scene quickly and called for assistance immediately.

Firefighters in breathing apparatus entered the premises in Industrial Ave Hoppers Crossing and applied foam to the fire in a spray booth inside the factory.

MFB and CFA firefighters quickly brought the tilt slab construction, measuring  20 x 40 meters, under control.

The cause is under investigation and the damage bill is expected to exceed $100,000.
