Fire at 100 year old building.

The fire engulfed a derelict two storey timber dwelling under demolition.

The fire has originated on the ground floor of the 8 x 6m building before spreading up into the second floor and then into the roof area.
 
The approximately 100 year old building has been severely damaged by fire and there has also been three other  separate fires in the building in the past month.
 
Under control in 16 minutes.
 
The cause has been deemed to be suspicious circumstances and Police are investigating.
