Fire at a Preston house.

The single storey house fire has caused approximately $150,000.

No one was home at the time of the fire and no injuries were recorded. 
Damage was confined to a front bedroom and living area of the home and the cause will be investigated in the morning. 
The local council have been notified to attend to assess the structural integrity of the building.    
Approximately 22 firefighters attended.
