Fire at auto parts factory Campbellfield

MFB firefighters are currently on scene at Campbellfield following a fire at an auto parts factory.

Crews were called to the incident at Malcolm Place at 8.52am following several Triple Zero (000) calls.

On arrival, they quickly mounted an internal attack on the fire using a teleboom aerial appliance.

Firefighters managed to contain the fire to the building and stop it from spreading to adjoining factories.

The incident was under control in 44 minutes.

The cause of the fire will be investigated.
