Firefighters attend a late-night HazMat incident in Broadmeadows

MFB crews responded to a reported hazmat incident at CSL on Camp Road in Broadmeadows just before 11pm on Friday 24 February.

On arrival, firefighters found a fumigation of the property was in progress and a security guard at the site reported that he was affected by the fumes.
Upon further investigation the chemicals were determined to be non-toxic.
The security guard was assessed and treated on scene by Ambulance Victoria.
The scene was declared safe and handed back to CSL management after 90 minutes.
