Firefighters called to Kings Park house fire

MFB responded to a fire on Eureka Court at 9:06am this morning.

Crews arrived to find heavy smoke issuing from the roof, and commenced an aggressive attack on the blaze.

Intial appliances were required to force entry.

The fire was brought under control in less than 40 minutes and took over an hour to completely extinguish.

No occupants were home at the time.

Victoria Police and Ambulance Victoria also assisted on scene.
