Freeway truck crash update - Upfield train line disruptions

Trains on the Upfield line, which runs below the affected freeway, have been stopped while the truck is removed.

Cranes operators have now secured the truck cabin and trailer with chains are are prepared to lift and remove the vehicle.
Crane operators will attempt to remove the truck in one piece.
Firefighters will be on standby below the overpass and on the elevated freeway.
