Glen Waverley Fire Station Open Day 2013

The Glen Waverley Fire Station is opening its doors to teach kids about fire safety and offer advice in the lead up to summer.

The annual event is a great opportunity for community members to meet their local firefighters and police officers, with the neighbouring Police Station also opening for the day.

Event activities at the fire station include:

  • A fire truck display
  • Vintage appliance
  • Station tours
  • SmokeBUSter 
  • Barbecue
  • Information about Summer Fire Safety

When:  Sunday October 27

Time:  10am to 2pm

Where:  Glen Waverley Fire Station

645 Ferntree Gully Road, Glen Waverley

Please come along with your friends and family to participate on the day – all are welcome!
