MFB firefighters spent the early hours of the morning battling a blaze at a Glen Waverley house.

MFB firefighters spent the early hours of the morning battling a blaze at a Glen Waverley house.
Crews were alerted to the incident following a frantic Triple Zero (000) call from one of the occupants.
The call taker could hear the ferocious fire crackling in the background.
Firefighters arrived on scene to find the house well alight.
Donning breathing apparatus, they entered the house and managed to get the fire under control within 40 minutes.
All occupants were safely evacuated.
The cause of the fire has yet to be established.
