MFB firefighters are currently in Hawthorn where a fire has ripped through the ground floor of a cafe.

MFB firefighters are currently in Hawthorn where a fire has ripped through the ground floor of a cafe.
Crews were called to the premises on Auburn Road about about 10.10pm following a call to Triple Zero (000).
It took firefighters less than 15 minutes to get the blaze under control.
The fire has now been extinguished.
Luckily, the cafe was closed at the time and no one was inside the building when the blaze broke out.
