back to list
16 Oct 2017
MFB crews remain on scene following a fire at a pre-school in Heidelberg.

The fire was initally reported as a car up against the kingergarten and impinging on it.

By the time crews arrived it had taken hold of the building, spreading quickly through the roof.

The response was upgraded to get more trucks and firefighters on scene and crews immediately started an aggressive attack.

Forced entry was made into the building and a large extent of the ceiling was removed to make access to the fire as it was spreading through the ceiling.

The fire has been deemed suspicious.
