Intense fire razes Rosanna home

09 Apr 2013
Fire crews discovered a Rosanna home completely alight when they arrived on scene about 7pm last night.

In total, nine appliances attended the Ellesmere Parade blaze, involving a single storey, three-bedroom brick veneer home.

The additional crews were sent as there was a number of neighbouring houses under threat and water supply was difficult to obtain.

Due to the intensity of the fire, it took some time to bring under control and ensure the occupants safety.  Three people were at the property at the time, they self-evacuated.

The fire has been deemed suspicious and police are investigating.
