Ladder platform to be utilised to lower him to the ground

MFB high angle rescue crews have been despatched to assist Ambulance Victoria with rescuing a patient that has fallen from a second storey roof onto the first storey roof in Nelson Avenue, Altona Meadows.

A ladder platform will be utilised to lower him to the ground once he has been stabilised and secured in a stretcher.
He will then be transported to hospital by Ambulance Victoria.
Six appliances and fifteen firefighters are on scene.
