22 Aug 2014
The Victorian Emergency Management Training Centre at Craigieburn has won Project of the Year at the Victorian Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) Project Management Achievement Awards overnight.

VEMTC was nominated and won in two categories:

  1. Project Management and Construction/Engineering Award in excess $100 million
  2. Project of the Year Award – State of Victoria

The projects are judged on the quality of the project management, governance, value for money and the project’s contribution to the state.

The award was presented to MFB and Major Projects Victoria, who worked together on delivering the project on time and to budget.

VEMTC at Craigieburn is now a contender for Project of the Year at the national awards in Brisbane in October.

Congratulations to all involved!
