Police to investigate suspicious Brunswick shed fires

Police are investigating the cause of a suspicious fire in Brunswick.

Crews were called to two adjoining sheds on fire on Victoria Street at 10.31pm.

On arrival they found the sheds well alight. Quick action by the first arriving firefighters prevented the fire spreading into the residences and other sheds in the street.

There were no injuries.

Breathing apparatus was used and the fire took approximately 40 minutes to bring under control.

MFB fire investigators determined the blaze was suspicious and handed the scene over to police.
