Prahran House Fire

Fire has involved a single storey solid brick house.

The fire has been contained mainly to a bedroom and a section of the roof area in the front of the premises. That area including the contents has been severely damaged by fire while a portion of the remainder of the premises has been damaged by heat, smoke and water.

Under control in 15 minutes. Breathing apparatus in operation.

Cause: suspicious circumstances and Police Arson Squad are investigating.
