Seddon house fire deemed suspicious.

The single story house including its contents was severely damaged by a fire on Tuesday night.

The weatherboard house was around 12 square metres and was undergoing renovations.

A nearby house also suffered fire and smoke damage to the facia boards and windows.

It was under control in 12 minutes. No persons were in attendance at the time of the fire.

A building surveyor attended to check the integrity of the premises and the MFB Fire Investigation Unit attended to determine a cause.
