Shed fire in Greensborough

MFB and CFA firefighters have spent the afternoon tackling a large shed fire in Greensborough.

Crews were called to the address in Hart Avenue at 3.30pm after passers by spotted flames and raised the alarm.

Smoke was visible from kilometres away.

Firefighters arrived to find the blaze had spread from the shed to a nearby fence but were able to quickly contain  it and get the incident under control within 40 minutes.

Ambulance Victoria paramedics were called to provide medical assistance to the occupant.

The cause of the incident has yet to be determined.
