Sticky situation as lemonade truck rolls

Fire crews have responded to an accident involving a truck carrying soft drink.

About 6.42am crews were called to Swann Drive Derrimut where the truck had rolled over, spilling its load of soft drinks.

Fire crews attended due to diesel leaking from the truck fuel tank.

There was an estimated 400 to 500 litres in the tanks, with up to 100 litres leaking out. Can of soft drink were also scattered around the scene.

Police and Ambulance Victoria also attended and EPA were notified.

There was disruption to traffic in the local area and no serious injuries reported.
