06 Dec 2013
A single storey, weatherboard house was destroyed by fire this morning.

Fire crews were called to the Forster Street home in Heidelberg Heights at 2.45am.

The unoccupied premise was completely involved in fire when first MFB crews arrived on scene.

A primary search was conducted to ensure no persons involved.

The fire has been deemed suspicious and police have been informed.

The MFB also attended a large fire at the same premises earlier in the month.

MFB Fire Duty crews will remain on scene into the morning.
