Suspicious fire in Glenroy

MFB firefighters have spent the small hours of the morning battling a suspicious blaze in Glenroy.

A passing taxi driver spotted flames through the roof of the Hilton Street house and raised the alarm shortly before 1am.
Firefighters mounted an internal attack on the fire, while searching for possible occupants.
Luckily, no one was inside the house at the time.
Crews managed to bring the fire under control within 30 minutes.
The incident is believed to be suspicious and Victoria Police is investigating.
