Total Fire Ban in four districts for 8 December

back to list
07 Dec 2012
CFA have declared a Total Fire Ban for four districts tomorrow.

A Total Fire Ban has been declared for Saturday 8 December in the Wimmera, Mallee, Northern Country and North Central districts.

No fires can be lit in the open air from 00:01 hours on 8 December 2012 until 23:59 hours on 8 December 2012.

Temperatures in the mid-30s are forecast by the Bureau of Meteorology for much of the state which, combined with below average rain over the past two months, is a recipe for fire activity.
