Unit Fire in St Kilda

The two bed room unit, located on the second floor, was extensively damaged by fire.

Time: 14:57 hours

Units to the side have suffered some heat and smoke damage and three units below have suffered minor water damage.

An ambulance crew arrived on scene, and assisted a 30 year old female who was in extreme distress.

All the units were evacuated without injury at the height of the blaze.

Under control in 50 minutes.
 
MFB Fire Investigation Unit have attended and deemed the cause to be accidental.
