14 May 2012
MFB were quickly onscene when multiple reports of the fire were received, mainly from motorists on the Western Ring Road.

The fire from the wooden pallets (measuring 30m x 40m x 6 m) caused a large plume of smoke which triggered the multiple reports. Aggressive firefighting by the crews managed to confine it within the premisis. Two adjoining factories were also protected during the height of the fire and prevented further losses.

No injuries have been reported and at this time no confirmed value of the damages..
