The course is designed for staff in all areas of the workplace. Designed for all staff in the workplace and aims to give the participants an understanding of fire prevention in the workplace including initial response to an incident using Standard Fire Orders.

Course content:

  • Fire awareness in your workplace

  • Practical Fire Extinguisher Training

  • Identifying various fire protection equipment in buildings

  • Emergency response/actions (standard fire orders)

  • An understanding of the principles of combustion and spread of fire

This course also incorporates the use of extinguishers, fire blankets and hose reels.

Note: Please provide parking for the trainer's vehicle.
